About The Position
QUI Tequila is a luxury, additive-free tequila brand known for its smooth profile and high-profile collaborations with Chef Nobu and artist KAWS. We are growing our presence across the Florida market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments. We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Sarasota, FL. This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling. Training and sales materials will be provided.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable transportation within the Sarasota area
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Nice To Haves
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus
Responsibilities
- Host in-store product demos and tastings
- Educate customers on Qui Tequila's quality, process, and flavor profile
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for shoppers
- Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement
- Build strong relationships with store staff
- Track engagement and submit recap notes after events
