About The Position

The Brand Ambassador will elevate the client experience at Fontainebleau Aviation by fostering strong personal relationships. They will ensure that new clients perceive a marked difference from their previous FBO experiences and that existing clients remain loyal and satisfied.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of aviation experience or relevant customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with aviation software (e.g., X1, FlightBridge) is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients, understand their operational needs, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Act as a liaison between executive and operations teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Proactively address and resolve client concerns, utilizing available resources to ensure a positive outcome.
• Articulate the company's vision and offerings confidently and comprehensively to clients and stakeholders.
• Assess client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Share insights and observations from client interactions with the executive team to inform decision-making in sales, marketing, leasing, and operations.
• Participate in conferences and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn about various aspects of the business and stay informed about industry trends.
