About The Position

Provides oversight and coordinates the group activities and events for Behavioral Health Services.

Requirements

  • Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges, either personally or through supporting a family member or loved one
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • 1 year related experience
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Decisive judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Responsibilities

  • Participates in outreach and aftercare recovery activities.
  • Provides individual peer mentoring and/or recovery coaching.
  • Contributes to new member and renewal member campaigns.
