About The Position
The Dancing Bartender position at Circa Resort & Casino requires individuals who can perform daily assigned dance routines while also providing strong guest service. The role demands a fun, energetic, and positive attitude, with a focus on guest interaction and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain required work cards.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender.
- Some dance experience.
Responsibilities
- Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
- Perform routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds.
- Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
- Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests promptly and properly.
- Accurately ring up all orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards, including "slowing down" or cutting off intoxicated guests.
- Make suggestions to guests.
- Know available drinks and their costs, answer guest questions, and work quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
- Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
