About The Position
Jovie is currently hiring warm, responsible, and engaging part-time babysitters to support families throughout Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland. This position is ideal for caregivers looking for 4-hour shifts, typically Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to set your own schedule or pick up open jobs that fit your availability. If you love working with children and want a rewarding, flexible role with great pay and perks, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to family assignments
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to get up and down from a sitting position on the floor easily and repeatedly
- Dependable, responsible, and professional in a variety of home settings
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for children
- Engage kids in fun, age-appropriate activities and play
- Assist with routines such as meals, naps, schoolwork, or bedtime prep
- Communicate professionally with parents and Jovie staff
- Ensure a positive and supportive environment for every family
