About The Position

This position is for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities. No prior IDD experience is required, just a heart for helping others and a willingness to learn. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals in their day-to-day routines, help build independence and life skills, encourage confidence and personal growth, provide companionship and meaningful connection, and assist with safe participation in the community. This is more than a job; it's work that truly matters.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• A positive, dependable attitude

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience (e.g., babysitter, nanny, caregiver for a family member, elder care provider, companion or home aide)
