About The Position

Endeavor HCBS is hiring caring, dependable people in North Phoenix (85027) to support children and young adults with developmental disabilities during evening and weekend shifts. This role is for the everyday helper, the one who shows up, stays calm, and leads with kindness. You don't need a big title or years of experience to make a difference here. You just need patience, compassion, and the willingness to show up for someone who needs you. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll work one-on-one with children and young adults in their homes and in the community. Your support helps them practice daily routines and life skills, build confidence and independence, improve communication and social interaction, stay safe during community activities, and work through behaviors with consistency and support. Some days you'll be supporting at home. Other days you'll be out in the community together. Either way - your presence matters. Families in the special needs community carry a lot. They need people they can trust, consistency, and someone who truly cares. When you step into this role, you give a family relief, help a child or young adult feel seen and supported, and become part of something that actually matters.
