At Endeavor HCBS, we're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support to individuals with developmental disabilities - on a schedule that works for you. This role is about connection, consistency, and support.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Dependability and consistency

Nice To Haves

• Have experience in babysitting, caregiving, or helping others
• Prefer a role that feels more personal than traditional part-time jobs
• Enjoy building relationships and supporting others

Responsibilities

• Spend time with individuals in a 1-on-1 setting
• Support daily routines and life skills
• Provide companionship and encouragement
• Participate in community outings and activities
• Be someone they can rely on
