Our Potential Opportunity NTECH Automation & Intelligence is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mechanical Engineer to join our Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with up to one year of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of piping design, piping stress concepts, and engineering design reviews.
  • Academic knowledge of static and rotary equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors.
  • Strong willingness to learn engineering software, industry standards, and project execution practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship exposure in Mechanical Engineering along with a relevant final-year Mechanical Engineering project is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers with basic mechanical design work for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Learn and support piping design, stress analysis, and material selection activities.
  • Assist and learn in the selection and review of mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors.
  • Help prepare technical documents, vendor comparisons, proposals, and procurement-related information.
  • Work with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors while following quality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements.
