About The Position

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a trusted advisor or negotiator of finance transactions in a law firm, financial institution, or multinational business.
• You have a “can-do” attitude and the resourcefulness to navigate a large, matrixed organization.

Nice To Haves

• In-depth knowledge of equipment/asset finance contracting and general business law.
• Proven ability to negotiate and draft agreements in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

• Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging LegalTech, specifically AI-driven tools and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate lease and loan agreements, assignment of receivables, and collateral documentation.
• Provide practical, business-minded legal advice to Sales, Risk, and Finance teams.
• Lead the adoption of new AI tools to drive efficiency and support the rollout of our next-generation CLM system.
• Manage external counsel when necessary, ensuring high-quality output and cost-effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with peers to refine processes and contribute to a culture of constant, positive evolution.
