About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of service, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney for its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves litigating a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex matters. Common claims include repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss. The firm represents clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one. The firm provides mentorship, hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting to support development toward full case management. Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
