About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of service, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves litigating a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex matters such as repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss claims. The firm represents clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial immediately. The firm provides hands-on experience, continuous feedback, mentorship, and individualized goal-setting to support development toward full case management. Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
