About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join its Workers’ Compensation Department in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The attorney will litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex matters involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss. The firm represents clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and receive mentorship, hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting. Independent management of cases from inception through trial is not expected on day one; the attorney will develop toward full case management at an individualized pace. Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
