About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves litigating a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure, complex cases involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss. The firm represents clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.

The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and receive mentoring, hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting. Independent management of cases from inception through trial is not expected immediately; the attorney will develop toward full case management at their own pace. Requirements
