About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 4 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves litigating a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex matters. Common claims include repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss. The firm represents clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who provide mentoring and skill development. The position offers hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting to support the attorney’s development toward full case management. Independent management of cases from inception through trial is not expected on day one.
