About The Position

Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking an ambitious and passionate Trial Lawyer with Workers Compensation experience to join its growing team. The attorney will work with an experienced team of attorneys across the nation and receive support from local and remote staff. Trial Lawyers handle cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict. The role includes communicating with clients, taking and defending depositions, conducting research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and taking cases to trial.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.
• Experience drafting and responding to motions.
• Substantial knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience practicing workers compensation is preferred.
• The firm is open to new graduates with a track record of academic success.

Responsibilities
