Attorney, Workers' Compensation
About The Position
One of the South’s fastest-growing law firms is seeking a motivated, client-focused attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation Department in the Nashville office. The role is suited to a driven legal professional passionate about helping injured workers and comfortable in a performance-oriented environment. The Workers’ Compensation Attorney manages workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to exceptional client service while managing a high-volume docket. The position is in person, with no remote work available, and requires commuting to hearings in Nashville and the Tri-City area.
Requirements
- Active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of clients.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Ability to commute to hearings in Nashville and the Tri-City area.
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation; preferred but not required.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, achievement-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
