About The Position

One of the South’s fastest-growing law firms is seeking a motivated, client-focused attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation Department in the Nashville office. This is an opportunity for a driven legal professional who is passionate about helping injured workers and thrives in a performance-oriented environment. The Workers’ Compensation Attorney will manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to exceptional client service while effectively managing a high-volume docket. The firm describes its culture as growth-oriented, results-driven, collaborative, stable, and people-focused. This is an in-person position; remote work is not available. The attorney must be able to commute to hearings in Nashville and the Tri-City area.

Requirements

Active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of clients.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
Ability to commute to hearings in Nashville and the Tri-City area.
Must work in person; remote work is not available.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation (preferred but not required).
Dependable, detail-oriented, achievement-driven, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
