About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join its Erie, Pennsylvania office. The attorney will work on high-exposure medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, guardianship, tax assessment, and zoning cases, with exposure to auto liability, premises liability, and civil rights defense. The practice is team-based and collaborative, with meaningful client interaction and opportunities for professional development and practice growth.

The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, the attorney will develop toward full case management at an appropriate pace. Requirements

• 2–7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
