Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• None required; experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
• None required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a medical assisting or medical office administration program from an accredited institution.
• One year of experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or healthcare administrative support role.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient care, safety, and access by performing administrative tasks in a medical office or outpatient setting.
• Ensures efficient front office operations.
• Ensures accurate recordkeeping.
• Ensures a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Carries out all job responsibilities in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
