Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, diagnose problems, and complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Install and maintain hotel fixtures, furniture, and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct safety inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
