About The Position

Requirements

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience focused on assembly automation, robotics, and PLC systems.
• Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, robotics systems (e.g., Fanuc), schematic reading, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must achieve a passing score on the Maintenance Exam administered by Metalsa.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting pneumatic systems, AC/DC control circuits, and ladder logic, with familiarity in assembly and welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Safely install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain assembly equipment, including robotics, pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
• Diagnose, replace, repair, test, and adjust assembly fixtures, robotics, and associated systems.
• Conduct emergency and scheduled maintenance using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Follow equipment manuals, complete work orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate hand and power tools, meters, forklifts, and man lift safely.
• Identify and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, proposing actionable solutions, and collaborating with teams to streamline operations and reduce waste.
