Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B sales development
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and scaling teams
  • Experience building pipeline organizations from a scrappy stage to scalable operations
  • Systems thinking approach, including hiring profiles, ramp models, channel economics, and conversion trees
  • Experience operating in high-growth environments (Series B through pre-IPO)
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and evolving priorities
  • A clear point of view on modern outbound sales strategies, with the ability to adapt based on data
  • Proven ability to attract and develop talent
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), sales engagement tools, and prospecting technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve Siro's pipeline generation strategy, including segmentation, channel mix, messaging frameworks, and conversion optimization.
  • Set the vision and define key metrics for pipeline generation, establishing an operating cadence to achieve them.
  • Lead a team of BDRs, including recruiting top talent, designing onboarding and development programs, and fostering a culture that develops strong sellers.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to co-own pipeline quality and influence go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish reporting, systems, and experimentation frameworks to treat pipeline generation as a science, focusing on funnel math and conversion data.
  • Represent Siro at industry conferences and events, gathering competitive intelligence, customer insights, and contributing to brand energy.
