In Kansas City, we have an office with an Engineering team that supports our sought-after solutions for turnkey projects and contracted power. And our worldwide service centers ensure local service expertise near our customers. Our expanding service footprint includes Phoenix, Buenos Aires, New Brunswick, and additional locations in Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Position Summary We are seeking driven, enthusiastic apprentices to join our team. PROENERGY’s apprenticeship program, ELEVATE, offers a hands-on opportunity for participants to play a crucial role in shop operations and administrative areas on the Sedalia, Missouri campus. Over the course of this one-year program, apprentices will engage in six 8-week rotations, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business while acquiring fundamental and technical skills. Apprentices will have an opportunity to grow their careers through job training, life skills development, experiential learning, and mentorship. At the end of the ELEVATE apprenticeship program, participants will have received job training directly related to multiple entry-level roles at PROENERGY. Participants who successfully complete the program will have the skills and leadership support to apply for a full-time role and continue their careers within PROENERGY.
