About The Position

As a Senior Analyst on the Publisher Analytics team, you will be responsible for providing actionable customer insights to financial institutions and other publisher partners. This role involves close collaboration with key financial institution partners, regularly meeting with their representatives to demonstrate the value and opportunities of the Cardlytics platform. You will translate partner questions into problem statements, develop robust solutions using large purchase/engagement datasets, and present findings to influence future strategies and decisions.

Requirements

  • Advanced Analytics and Design of Experiments
  • 4+ years in a Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, Loyalty Analytics, and/or Analytics Consulting role
  • Interpreting analytical results and transforming them into actionable insights and working with the Partner teams to develop an implementation plan
  • Client-facing roles as a subject matter expert with the ability to present to both a non-technical marketer or a data/statistics professional
  • Thriving under pressure in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
  • A degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Science, Market Research or similar fields

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling analytics for some of the largest financial institutions in the US, addressing questions about the engagement of their customers, and proving the value that our program delivers
  • Work with large datasets in a fast-paced environment using SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau, and other tools
  • Craft engaging analytic stories to drive home the impact of Publisher engagement and value, both from a consumer as well as financial institution perspective
  • Mine purchase data to understand customer spending habits, competitive landscapes and customer journeys
  • Develop and standardize new analytic approaches around customer life cycle value, measurement plans, cadence testing, optimized cadence of offers, and repeatable self-service tools for internal and external consumption
