About The Position

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance-related work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with bank deposit reconciliation and financial reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly bank deposit reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with preparing end-of-month reports for management.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues related to deposits, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to analyze data, prepare reports, and streamline reconciliation processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and financial institutions.
• Prioritize a heavy workload and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
