Associate Product Analyst

About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Marketing, Business, Math, Computer Science) or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience defining product requirements and working with data.
- Basic understanding of software development and structured data.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Experience building business models and forecasting.
- Telecom industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements, write user stories, and contribute to product development.
- Support Product Management and Engineering in prioritizing features and managing backlogs.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and define key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure clear requirements and seamless implementation.
- Research and understand First Orion’s products, tools, and industry trends.
- Identify and troubleshoot product issues, track bugs, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
