About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, operations, or project management
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver without requiring significant oversight
• Highly collaborative, able to build mutually beneficial relationships with delivery teams
• Comfortable with uncertainty, with the drive to establish order and structure
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven engagement with excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to work in a mission-critical environment and prioritize tasks

• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Products

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project planning and coordination, including creating schedules and defining tasks
• Working with senior project managers to implement plans and ensure team members understand their roles
• Monitoring project progress and reporting updates
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders to align project objectives
• Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Assisting in creating project documentation (project charters, timelines, business cases, proposals, meeting minutes, status reports, monthly op review slides)
• Assisting with resource allocation and budgeting
• Work alongside different business partners to develop programs and enhancements that meet the organization’s best practices. Collaborate with business teams to develop quantitative data for ROI presentations to leadership
