About The Position

Requirements

• Deep, demonstrated knowledge of Agentic AI.
• A track record of shipping agents in SaaS, including agents running in production for paying customers.
• Hands-on experience with tools for building, monitoring, observing, evaluating, metering, and costing LLM systems.
• Engineering experience with Python or TypeScript, APIs, event-driven services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to turn messy workflows into agent specifications with clear success metrics.
• A continuous-improvement mindset and interest in the full lifecycle of production agents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• The company cannot sponsor candidates or work on a C2C basis.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS data and related agent-access security and isolation issues.
• Experience with document-heavy workflows involving extraction, classification, and comparison of PDFs, drawings, and spreadsheets.
• Experience building deep-search or intelligence agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic AI roadmap and deliver the initial roster of agents at launch.
• Build and own the harness and toolkit used to create agents.
• Own agent infrastructure, design, and development.
• Run and maintain agents in production.
• Monitor, observe, evaluate, meter, and assess the cost of LLM systems.
• Continuously improve deployed agents based on their production performance.
• Translate complex workflows into agent specifications with clear success metrics.
