About The Position

Gunster seeks a highly motivated, organized, and professional individual to provide essential administrative support to our real estate practice group.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and multitasking skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate experience is a strong plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, scan, and organize closing binders, purchase agreements, and deeds.
  • Assist with client intake, opening/closing files, and data entry into document management software.
  • Provide back-up reception coverage.
