About The Position

This Administrative Assistant I contribute to fulfilling the University's mission and vision by providing alignment, integration, tracking, and planning of inclusion and opportunity programs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business management, secretarial sciences or related field required.
  • One (1) year of administrative and/or secretarial experience performing similar duties for an upper-level management position required OR equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of online survey tools.
  • Must be flexible and able to manage multiple high priority demands.
  • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of often sensitive written and verbal matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a professional office setting, experience in an academic office preferred.
