As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain their independence. You will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. This role requires a compassionate and adaptable individual who can address the patient as a whole while also recognizing their individual needs. You will work collaboratively with peers and make referrals when necessary to ensure patients receive the best possible care. The primary goal is to execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence, always prioritizing patient and family well-being with the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
