About The Position
The College of Communication and Design at Lynn University is seeking an adjunct faculty member for Film. This role primarily involves teaching undergraduate courses. The college also offers graduate programs leading to M.S. and M.F.A. degrees.
Requirements
- Ability to teach introductory and intermediate communication and design courses
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in teaching at the college level
- Ability to work successfully with students of diverse backgrounds
- Master's degree required
Responsibilities
- Serve as an undergraduate adjunct faculty in the College of Communication and Design
- Provide academic and professional advice to students
- Teach courses such as Film Appreciation, Film Editing, Studio Production, Documentary, Interpersonal Communication, Public Speaking, Organizational Communication, Persuasion and Propaganda, Communication Analysis and Criticism, and Communication Theories, depending on the candidate's expertise.
