As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with established clinical protocols while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. You will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills, supporting team-based care and appropriate delegation. You may float to other units or care areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support patient care demands. You will uphold ethical standards, adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics, and contribute to an inclusive, patient-centered care environment. You will support professional development by completing required education, maintaining certifications, and seeking opportunities for growth.
