Accounting Intern

About The Position

Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world. This position is responsible for assisting our Accounting Team.
Requirements
- Educational and work related experience equivalent to High School diploma and two years of related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and to work well with others at all levels of the company.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Good writing skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
Nice To Haves
- Ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Business or Information Systems.
- Internal controls documentation/testing
- Writing/communication/people/computer skills
Responsibilities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Perform accounts payable functions.
- Assist in closing financial records.
- Document process and transaction flows.
- Performs a variety of related tasks, as required.
