This position is responsible for assisting our Accounting Team.

Requirements

• Educational and work related experience equivalent to High School diploma and two years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to work well with others at all levels of the company.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Good writing skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.

Nice To Haves

• Ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Business or Information Systems.
• Internal controls documentation/testing
• Writing/communication/people/computer skills

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform accounts payable functions.
• Assist in closing financial records.
• Document process and transaction flows.
• Performs a variety of related tasks, as required.
