This executive role is focused on shaping the go-to-market strategy and evolving the marketing capabilities of Axios HQ, an AI-powered SaaS solution. The goal is to drive continued growth in the business from $10 to $100M in ARR. The role involves overseeing a marketing team, developing strategies to scale the inbound funnel, optimizing paid channels, building organic traffic sources, improving lead nurturing strategies, expanding product marketing, and partnering with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for Axios HQ's mission and values, and the ability to effectively communicate marketing performance to executive stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing a high performing marketing team in a fast-paced environment.

Brings a wealth of marketing and growth experience with a track record of building and scaling high-performing B2B customer acquisition machines from the ground up.

Deep understanding of funnel optimization, with the ability to run analytically-rigorous experiments and make objective data-driven decisions.

Ability to translate high-level strategy with hands-on execution when necessary.

Proficiency with marketing automation, sales CRMs (Hubspot preferred) and SEO.
