About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our loan brokerage operations in the US. This is a full-time, home-based position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, maintaining our CRM system, researching and pulling leads, managing emails, and providing support for social media and email outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience with Alo phone system
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Go High Level
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as PropStream and LoanBase
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace for email management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls via Alo phone system
  • Update and maintain CRM (Go High Level) with prospective lead information
  • Research and pull leads from PropStream and potentially LoanBase
  • Manage emails through Google Workspace
  • Provide social media and email outreach support as needed
