About The Position

This role is for an Operations Systems Manager/ Business Systems Manager for a lighting company in the US. The position is full-time and home-based. The primary focus is on building and maintaining the company's operations manual, creating process documentation, designing and improving workflows, and developing scalable systems to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. The role also involves assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training, managing projects, organizing documentation, coordinating inter-departmental communication, researching and implementing new software, building AI-powered workflows, assisting with CRM management, creating reports and dashboards, and identifying inefficiencies for continuous improvement. The position requires working directly with ownership to translate ideas into documented, repeatable systems.
