About The Position

As a Teller within PNC's Retail organization, this position is based at the Groesbeck Branch in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role delivers a customer experience intended to improve customers' financial well-being and build loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It processes customer interactions, helps customers understand options for their financial transactions, identifies banking opportunities, and refers customers to appropriate branch staff. The role also supports accurate and efficient teller and branch operations. PNC describes this as an in-office role and does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about alternatives for their financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Engage with customers in the lobby and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Educate customers about options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
