About The Position

Total Community Credit Union is hiring a full-time Teller for its Member Support team. The Teller is a welcoming point of contact for members, completing financial transactions accurately, providing friendly and efficient service, and supporting branch operations. The role has a variable schedule Monday through Saturday, with Saturday rotation. Pay is $16.26–$18.80 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, member-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus.
• Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Maintain accuracy while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to every member.
• Educate members on credit union products and promotions.
• Support branch operations professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Follow credit union procedures and financial regulations.
