About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is hiring a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative for its West Bend - Meijer Branch. The role supports members with everyday banking needs and provides welcoming, personalized service. It is suitable for candidates with customer-facing experience in areas such as hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, sales, guest services, cash handling, and customer support; previous banking experience is not required. The credit union provides training, ongoing coaching, and professional development. Starting pay is $19.15–$21.40 per hour. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Comfort using computers, digital tools, and customer service systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Genuine interest in helping people, building relationships, and learning about financial products and services.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, sales, guest relations, banking, or financial services; experience is preferred but not required.
