About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative for its Grafton Branch. The role helps members with everyday banking needs by providing welcoming, personalized service. Responsibilities include assisting with financial transactions, answering account questions, introducing digital banking tools, and connecting members with financial products and services that support their goals. The position is open to candidates transferring customer-facing skills from hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, sales, customer support, guest services, cash handling, or similar settings. No previous banking experience is required. Kohler Credit Union provides comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and professional development. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Comfort using computers, digital tools, and customer service systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Genuine interest in helping people, building relationships, and learning about financial products and services.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, sales, guest relations, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
