About The Position

Looking to start or grow your career in banking? Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller at our Saukville branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and being part of a supportive, community-focused team. No prior banking experience is required-we'll provide the training you need to succeed. As a Teller, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our members, helping them with everyday financial transactions and delivering a welcoming, efficient experience. Member service is at the center of everything you do-you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience every time someone walks through our doors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Comfortable using basic math and computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions
• Handling cash accurately and balancing your drawer at the end of each shift
• Assisting members with questions and basic account needs
• Ensuring accuracy, security, and attention to detail in all transactions
• Providing friendly, professional service in every interaction
