About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to maintain Hallmark product displays and inventory, optimize product placement, and build relationships with store teams. You represent Hallmark while working in a variety of retail settings, including grocery, drug, department, and mass-market stores. The role may occasionally involve working with other companies’ products in stores you service. The work includes daily merchandising, seasonal holiday support, and department resets. You use a Hallmark-provided mobile device for merchandising tasks, communication with your supervisor, time reporting, feedback, and surveys. Seasonal demand can bring additional workdays and extended hours; some holiday and remodel assignments may involve weekends or evenings. Merchandisers may also support other team members in their territories. This position has a variable workweek schedule and averages 8–20 hours per week. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Hallmark provides paid training, and eligible employees receive annual pay increases. The work is physically demanding and takes place on retail sales floors and in back stockrooms.
