About The Position

As a part-time Hallmark Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to showcase organization and time-management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and may support other merchandisers with seasonal resets and installations. On occasion, you may work with other companies’ products in the stores you service. The role includes day-to-day service in Hallmark departments at grocery, drug, department, and mass-retail stores. Using a Hallmark-provided mobile device, you restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products and communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required activity surveys. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores and interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Work follows seasonal demand. Around major holidays, additional workdays and extended hours may be needed; work on certain holidays, potentially including weekends, may be required. You may also join teams installing or building fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance and may involve evenings or weekends. Merchandisers may also support colleagues in other territories. The position has a variable schedule during the work week and averages 10–12 hours per week. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Part-time employees with schedules under 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage for preventive care. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
