About The Position

This position performs basic paying and receiving teller duties while overseeing all Teller staff and functions in the teller area. The role administers teller transactions, protects Bank assets, and refers customers to Bank products and services. It is also responsible for training Tellers at designated branches.

The Teller Supervisor establishes clear employee performance objectives, provides feedback on performance progress or issues, and supports employees with resources to help them grow and improve. The role administers and trains employees to develop the knowledge and skills needed for their positions, maintains a clear understanding of banking operations, guidelines, and products, and trains tellers on new procedures and regulations as needed. Requirements

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• 2–3 years of experience as a teller.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Proficiency in ten-key skills and computer experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teller supervisory experience.
• Previous experience with the Premier Teller program.
