About The Position

Viking Bank is hiring a part-time, entry-level Teller/Customer Service Representative for its Alexandria Branch. The role is the first point of contact for customers and supports everyday banking needs with accuracy, care, and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Balance the cash drawer daily.
• Issue cashier’s checks and assist with debit card and check orders.
• Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and refer customers to the appropriate team members for more complex needs.
• Follow policies and procedures to protect customer privacy, verify identities, and maintain compliance and security.
• Identify opportunities to offer customers relevant additional products or services.
