About The Position

United Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for its branch in Wayland, Michigan. The role focuses on building relationships with customers and helping them meet their financial objectives. As a fundamental position at the bank, the representative serves as a first impression for customers and assists with banking needs, including processing transactions, managing accounts, referring customers to affiliates, and completing general office and banking tasks. Building customer relationships supports account retention. The representative is also responsible for position-related compliance and may be assigned special projects or additional duties. Requirements
