About The Position

Community First Bank is looking for a part-time (30 hours/wk) Customer Service Representative to join our Prairie du Chien team. Banking experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working with customers. We'll provide the training you need to learn the banking side of the job. A Teller position can be more than your next job-it can be the beginning of a career in banking. You'll have an opportunity to learn about financial services, develop new skills and explore opportunities for continued growth within CFB.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and other transactions
• Answer questions and help customers find solutions
• Build relationships with customers and get to know their banking needs
• Maintain accuracy while handling cash and transactions
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with other products and services
• Work with your teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience
